My building has a 24 hour concierge on the desk, yet apparently my address could not be reached.
No attempt to call my mobile, the online redelivery booker doesn't allow a date to be selected, the redelivery phone number plays an automated message then hangs up, and the live chat is unavailable.
Shockingly bad service!!
