Absolutely unreliable. Two days waiting for an item to be delivered according to their own tracking, but nothing arrives. Bad business and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, not notifying the recipient of the reason for non delivery, cannot contact at 5.10. and online chat not working. An earlier email has not been replied to. Such people don't deserve any business!
