Only one star becuase no option for none. This service is terrible. To separate Day 2 Covid orders which have failed to appear by day 5 because 'shortage of drivers'. If there is a shortage of drivers why does DX a) take the orders b) send 'tracking' when clearly van /driver has no intention of delivering. The start status on Trustpilot makes me seriously doubt Trustpilot reviews for anything else. No one answers the phone and Live Chat has noone available even if office hours. DO NOT USE
