Received a text message to say delivery would be made today between 19.00 and 21.00.
While at home waiting for the delivery I received a msg to say they had tried to deliver before19.00 and had been unable too. Also they left a card. No card was left and no one came to my door. How does this company survive.
Was also told I had re arranged to have delivery the next day. Another lie. Furious. Not worth one star.
