Would give 0 if I could. Astonishingly terrible company. Got a message saying delivery would be between 8am and 6pm, I was home the whole day, then at 4:43pm got a message saying they couldn't deliver because they "couldn't find the property." Tracking info said "insufficient address" which is a blatant lie, and after contacting them via live chat they admitted the address they had on file was correct. Calling the number is useless, because it leads to an automated response that HANGS UP after you give them the tracking number. The live chat is awful as well, they threatened to close the chat twice as it was "inactive," even though I was told to wait while they are "still looking at this and will be with you shortly." Can't believe this company is in business. I didn't even order through them, I ordered off Amazon and somehow the delivery is coming through DX. I would never have chosen them if I had the choice.
