REALLY BAD!
Given one hour's notice for delivery on a weekday. No card left. Garbled phone message left, with an indecipherable number. No one picks up the phone - i gave up being on hold after 30 mins. No answer on the chat for 3 days. After 3 days someone answered and was going to transfer me to another dept - an hour later, I gave up on that too.
