i was sent email by DX saying my parcel will be delivered today between 8-18:00 and i waited all day and nothing was delivered. i contacted DX and their phone says you can only rebook and you cant speak to an agent, instead they suggested me i should use live chat, which proved its virtual and agents. it did not even recognise simple questions like when my parcel will be delivered and please confirm it was today?
i wasted whole day waiting and no customer service is available on the phone only automated re-booking system. very badly run company with no regard to its customers.
