My parcel was collected on the date stated and then nothing. The tracking system simply states 'In Transit'. I assume it has been stolen, It was only going North Wales to Manchester, it is hard to lose a parcel in that short distance surely. There is no one to talk to, nothing.
It is causing me enormous issues and stress. I would simply say Do Not Use.
