Absolutely dishonest delivery service. They don't even pretend to attempt a delivery before marking it as a failed delivery. On this occasion, I was at my gate, tracking the van which was in the next street. Then the message popped that they didn't meet me home and a call card had been left, I didn't know if to laugh or cry as it was an important parcel.
Really disgraceful.
