AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
An absolute disgrace of a delivery company. Took the day off from work awaiting delivery of a passport, only to receive a message advising that the delivery has been postponed. No way to contact anyone at DX as the service that I require is automated. Tried lots of times with the webchat, only to be told that there were no advisors available.
Absolutely useless and to be avoided at all costs!
