Hilariously bad. Didn’t even attempt delivery for two days when the item was on the van and then just continually rebooked the delivery until the company I’d bought the item from intervened. They actually had to send another, local courier to the DX depot, collect my item and deliver it to me on the same day. The company I dealt with were excellent and are now reconsidering their choice of courier.
One star is one star too many.
