By far the most inept company I have ever had the misfortune of paying for. The tracking system is hopeless, the customer service staff might aswel work for the DVLA and I find my politicians to be more reliable.
Its like they have hand picked all of the worst staff from royal mail and hermes combined.
Will be avoiding all sellers who use them in future.
