POOR.
Worst delivery company in the the Whole United Kingdom, first of all my parcel was lost, after that the provider sent me another one that was supposed to arrive today between 1-3 PM, i took a day off from work to be home and pick it up and at 4:30 PM i ve got an email that they ve tried to deliver the parcel and left a note, wich didnt happend cause i was home all day.
Costumer service was shouting trough the phone, got mad and hang up the phone in my face without any answer. This is unprofessional and poor.
