Shocking....won't go into details as my parcel is still 'somewhere'.... Every time I've had something delivered or attempted to be delivered by DX there's been a cock-up.
Now awaiting delivery of parcel after they couldn't find my address.....(try sat-nav/google/WAZE etc?) then B.S. saying I wasn't in, although I was and even checked my cctv - no delivery van or driver....
