I was requested to post and submit government documents through the DX parcel system.
On posting, I received a tracking number that the system did not recognize. On calling customer service I discovered they've discontinued their call center in favor of a live chat. Opening the chat no operators were available for over an hour. I still have not been able to get through to anyone who works at DX customer service. Their customer support is non-existent.
