Take a day off work to wait in for my parcel which doesn't arrive. Reschedule it for another day. Tried live chat to confirm but always busy. Contacted them via their website to confirm rescheduled date & apparently there's an "internal issue" with the contents of my parcel. Pretty sure that's code for "it's smashed" but when were they going to tell me? Why did they let me keep rescheduling a delivery they knew wasn't going to be delivered?!
