I cannot believe a courier can say its being delivered when it's not dispatched. I cannot believe a courier can say delivered by 8pm and doesn't. I cannot believe a courier can say a package has not been dispatched yet its been delivered and the courier actually takes a picture and notes its delivery. Packages turn up weeks after they've collected them.
