Send txt parcel arrive 31/01/2024 next txt driver can`t enter property so call office. Next excuse road closed, then new excuse the gate is to small for the van. I live in a street in a village but there is no gate at the end of the street. Next day the driver shows up and explain that self employed drivers are paid a very low price so they don`t come for 1 parcel to a village and make up lie to the office.
