HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY.
NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS.
My partner had to take two days off waiting for her passport to be delivered and still have not been delivered. Even contacted the chat they have and they said it will for sure be delivered today but nothing. And they don’t even have a phone number to call and the number they have is automated and you speak to a Robot. I will be complaining from them if it does not get delivered.
