Having tried to arrange delivery to a different address ( a family member ) because I’d inadvertently scheduled to have delivered to my address but then realising I wasn’t going to be home because of work I was told I couldn’t and that the parcel HAD to be delivered to the buyers address . I rang the seller to arrange delivery to store but they said I couldn’t , it HAD to be delivered to my address , I then went ton to say that DX did not give me the opportunity to have delivery on a Saturday but they said they’d arrange delivery for today but DX text me to say that a problem occurred and they were unable to deliver today and that I’d have to reschedule a different day . I’ve took next Monday off and scheduled delivery for then - I’m not holding my breath on this one ! Wish me luck folks !!!
