as others have mentioned, absolutely hopeless. Came to deliver, item not on truck, but promised it would be on another arriving shortly. it wasn't. nothing the next day, rebooked the following day. nothing. rebooked the following day nothing. and again. lied to the seller saying it had arrived. don't answer forms or pick up the phone.
