We are on 14 failed deliveries and counting. No comms from DX, zero apology and impossible to speak to anybody. The worst courier experience we have ever had. Why would you continue to deliver knowing it has failed 10 times already?? Like other people in this thread we have had the 'we tried to deliver and left a card' message, which is just not true I'm afraid. Every other courier has had no issues so no idea why DX can't get it right.
