I am SOOOOOO angry! Been waiting on an expensive item arriving and company chose DX to deliver. For over a one week I’ve been palmed off with them
a) not finding me (bollocks, I’m a shop on a high street)
b) I ‘wasn’t in’ (Bollocks, I was, in said shop which was open)
c) ‘couldn’t find me’ when I changed to my home address (now we’re getting silly
d) just didn’t show up
e) couldn’t deliver as there ‘was no one in.’ Again, utter nonsense as we stayed in ALL DAY.
I don’t know what to do. I’ve paid lots for a bit of signage which hasn’t arrived
