Ordered some very expensive custom furniture (was promised 6 weeks, ended up being 12). Received text from DX to say it would be delivered on a Monday. Took day off work. Got a text an HOUR before it was due to be delivered to say goods never received from vendor and no delivery. Checked with vendor, he says 100% collected by DX from him. DX can't give me any more info other than they never received the goods. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!?! This is a joke.
