We are waiting for an important document to be delivered by them, it's been 3 days in a row I'm sitting at my home waiting for my parcel. I have given my phone number for them to call on. The driver never calls on our phone. I live in a flat and as It is difficult for me to know if the driver is at our place I gave my consent to call on my number. I have already given my number, but still I called again on their customer service and talked to a lady, told her to please ask the driver to call us as he reaches here. And again I'm waiting today, he came and didn't called and just left. I called the customer service again. A lady named Sandra attended the call and she said she was the one at the office the other day and she do not remember anyone calling and asking to let the driver known to call us. I felt like I had to prove myself to them that. Then their manager took the phone and said the driver will contact me and deliver the parcel. But as I was looking into my tracking it says it automatically rebooked the delivery on Monday. This is pure rubbish and unprofessional. The document I'm waiting for is very important and I have told them that as well. I really don't know what to do at this point. I cannot give them a zero star as it doesn't let me do so, otherwise I would have given that. This is my first experience with DX and I would never recommend this to anyone.
