It took exactly 1 week for my delivery for various reasons unrelated to me except the fact that I had to pop out when initially the parcel was due and it was not left due to no signature.(fair enough.)
However after a week of being let down it was finally delivered but no knock on the door but left on the step with no signature asked for.(not their company policy)
Poor delivery service but I did get a very good and professional email reply from customer services with an apology which saved DX from getting a One
