While waiting for my parcel I checked my tracking halfway through the 2 hour delivery slot and apparently it was delivered "as requested" to someone I don't even know. No address of this person, no proof of delivery and the company won't/hasn't responded.
Utterly incompetent, this is like Yodel 2.0. So my only option is to knock on a few neighbours nearby in hopes they have it.
