I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 6 days now everyday they keep saying that they have failed to deliver and for me to choose a different day. I have stayed inside with my little one waiting all day, for anyone that has kids knows that they get bored easily so this week has been challenging waiting for a parcel that won’t show up. I’m extremely frustrated with dx customer support does nothing to help they just tell me to choose a different day. I hope no one uses dx delivery anymore and suppliers should read their reviews because I’m not the first this has happened to.
