I have just received a text and email to say the DX tried to deliver my parcel.
They absolutely haven’t I’ve been sat watching out the window the entire time. Nobody drove down my road, let alone knocked at the door.
Incredibly disappointed with this service.
To lie and say you have tried to deliver and left a card is absolutely shocking behavior which you don’t expect from a professional company.
Simply not good enough!
