Shocking delivery service.
I cannot recall one delivery by this company that went without an issue.
I either have to give an alternative delivery address as they are the only deliver company who can’t find my address, or go and pick it up from Manchester myself which is a 50 miles round trip. Either way it’s always a hinderance to myself.
I have got to a point where I won’t order items from a company that uses DX for deliveries however some slip through the net and I get the same issues every time….absolutely awful.
