On two occasions I have picked up a card from dx on my front door mat suggesting the non delivery of an awaited item.
On the first occasion I was away from my house fair enough , but on the second I was in all the time and my front door bell was working but no one rang it.
There were 3 cars in my drive way on the last occasion.
It seems to me this firm are using in-competant delivery personal to pretend to be working when they are not.
I will now seek my money back from the online merchant who is losing out.
I feel sorry for dx who are employing worthless staff and paying for wasted fuel and delivery vehicle costs.
