Should be a no-star option! Failed delivery on Tuesday, no card. Then text and told to rebook. No option to request deliver to safe place or neighbour. Rebooked to different (work) address for delivery today. Just received text to say they will be unable to deliver today. No phone number, no customer service, no care that when someone places an order by courier it might be because it's urgent. This is not my first rubbish experience with DX. Fancy website, s**t service. I can't complete the rest of this Review as none of the options are valid: no delivery, no driver, no idea if it sits in a van damaged, still waiting, no way to communicate with DX so no reply, no option to rate them as 0 (very poor), no photo as no parcel. Recommendation to any retailers out there - DO NOT USE DX.
