I received an email and text to say that a delivery was attempted. I was at home at the time they attempted to deliver. They did not ring the bell or knock on the door.
They dropped a card through the letter box but did not complete any of the details.
They would make a lot more money as a company if they did not waste time and effort on having to deliver to an address twice just because their drivers can't be bothered to ring a doorbell and wait.
Not the first time this has happened either.
