On Monday your driver did not attend my house with my passport as claimed the delivery "was unsuccessful", I was sat in my living room with views of both the front and back of the house and he did not approach the property at all. I contacted your team and got a call back from someone who said they will contact the depot and I heard nothing for several hours I reached out again for them to tell me the courier will return to my address to deliver my parcel, I stayed inside all day waiting as you couldn't give me an ETA, simply for him to not even turn up. I have had to cancel and rearrange my flight which has cost me so much money. The next day I complained again to the online chat service they got the same person to ring me again. Sophie on the phone assured me it will arrive today and that she will try to get an earlier delivery as my eta was so late, she said she will call me back with an update. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back. My delivery eventually arrived here today at 7.30PM and it was the same driver as yesterday, Leonardo. I asked him why he didn't return to bring my passport yesterday after he couldn't be bothered to deliver it the first time, he said "I don't know I came but no answer" which was a BLATANT lie. He also came to my back gate instead of the front door, which doesn't have a doorbell, I was purposely waiting for them otherwise he most definitely would have marked it as unsuccessful again.
I genuinely have not had a worse experience with a delivery company than this one, after waiting a year for my visa for them to be so reckless with my passport is crazy, I have now had to rearrange my flights and I'm out of pocket now due this companies laziness and unprofessionalism. I will be writing to the embassy and hope they make a better decision on who use as a courier. This company has terrible reviews if you look at the Google reviews it's genuinely hard to find a good one, and the owner responds to majority of them saying to email, I have emailed and recieved nothing back. They clearly know they have issues they need to resolve but don't care enough to resolve anything. This company should be out of business, rude drivers, useless chat system and useless customer service. And I paid £21 delivery for this??
If you have the option, avoid this company at all costs!
