Utter shambles.
Having been waiting for a delivery for 2.5weeks.
Spoke to the company I bought from and they said they’ve had lots of issues with DX. Parcel came to Scotland last week, Glasgow for days, then went back to the midlands. After phoning and emailing them several times it’s now back in Perth which is even further away from myself here in the west coast of Scotland. It’s also been sitting there for nearly 4 days and not moved all week.
Will be avoiding ordering from any sites that use this company in the future. Absolutely dreadful service.
