They lost an expensive parcel within the DX network , item was then resent on an next day delivery, but they could not confirm a delivery slot , told all day delivery slot, reference quoted did not exist when trying to track the parcel on DX website, spend over an hour in a call queue to get through to customer services and still no further forward, from a queue to phone just ringing out constantly - Utter shambles – eventually hung up after spending 1 hr , 11 mins - absolute joke of a company with zero customer care - will never use again – would not recommend.
