Bad experience with DX. They were to deliver our passport, for which we had paid £30 as an additional delivery charge. The passport was never delivered.
DX claimed that 3 attempts were made and a note was left at the door. Strangely, we have received all other packages (Amazon etc) during this time but nothing from DX. No note was found. No call was made to us.
On requesting their customer service for proof, they said that could not be provided to us.
I would suggest Royal Mail or another service.
