I will actively now not purchase from any company that uses DX Delivery after two terrible experiences. Here are what is wrong with the company 1. Their tracking app is beyond basic where other companies are offering live tracking DX only tell you when it is out for delivery and expect you to be in between 7am and 6pm which would be OK if they actually attempted delivery 2. I work from home so I don't miss deliveries. 3 separate parcels using DX and all 3 listed across 3 days as NOT HOME. They didn't even attempt a delivery. After 3 "attempts" they return it to the supplier. I telephoned on day three and asked could they tell me where the driver was (they couldn't) I asked them to give the driver my number (they said they would) I left a note on my front door with contact info. This is how I know they never even tried to deliver. 3. I received an order so badly damaged it was unusable and on further inspection it was half my order and half someone else's clearly during the damage the packaging had come off and instead of owning up to it they just put a new label on anything that looked similar. I have picture but trust me DX Deliver could not care less. I don't understand why large companies like Toolstation are using them. The complaints must be endless. Avoid at all costs and let hope they go bust soon so that people can move to more reliable, easier to deal with companies that have invested in technology, customer care and an actual desire to what to do a good job.
