If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently this is a doorstep delivery yet, because their driver couldn’t be bothered, just dumped my parcel at the bottom of the stairs and lied by reporting it as signed for. They didn’t even have the courtesy to knock on the door (I was in). Left me to carry a solid wood table upstairs on my own, when I have mobility issues.
Contacted the alleged customer service department who basically said tough.
Avoid at all costs.
