you failed to delivery our new BBQ THREE times....apparently its now LOST and they claim the labels had fallen off....even worse - they have an automated SMS system that sends out new delivery dates (48 hours later) if though they are wrong ....manager called and agreed they need to fix that too.
its all beyond belief AVOID DXdeliveries
