Still waiting for my parcel after 5 attempts to deliver it.
Each time I have been sat 4 foot away from the open door waiting , so I know they have never been to my house.
They said they would make an exception and deliver Sat morning.
Sat by the door , no delivery , just the usual message to say they had tried.
I even asked them to ask the driver to phone me when he was close , no phone call.
How come other companies can deliver?
Spent over an hour listening to irritating music and finally gave up.
I will now not buy from retailers that use DX.
