Drivers continually claimed to have tried and failed to make delivery but we have a record from phone and security cameras of everyone who comes to the gate so I could prove they lied. Take 3-4 days to re-arrange a delivery, do not give a time slot and then fail to turn up again and again. This happended to me 4 times in a row until in the end I asked the supplier to take the goods back from DX and I purchased what I wanted elsewhere. Worst courier service I have come across by a long way.
