After giving date and time slot for delivery (with tracking number) they did not turn up. No communication for the failed delivery, waisted a whole day waiting.
Telephoned DX , first time on hold for 7 minutes and get cut off. Second time after 27 minutes managed to talk to customer services, gave very poor excuse about the missed delivery. Very poor and disappointing service.
