Much like all the other reviews.. delivery slot between 7am-6pm trapped indoors the whole day in fear I would miss the delivery if I went out.. no one turned up.. whole day.. extremely poor service.. no one apologising.. have sent email no reply.. not sure what to do next.. likely to tell them not to bother and the company I bought the chair from can either refund me or use someone else to deliver... with so many bad reviews and my experience what the hell are they playing at?!?!?! Trading standards?
