Horrible service!!!
I have been waiting my documents from the home office for three days !
They left a card , arranged a delivery slot online for a morning session after paying extra fee!!
However they turned up the day before the slot and obviously I was not there !
Now I don't know what to do !
No telephone customer service, only automated response!
Absolutely careless company , not sure why the home office always uses such service!!
