Absolutely abysmal. This is the second time I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with DX and in both cases the handling of the deliver times have been awful. The first time the deliver failed two days in a row after tracking it literally no more than 200 meters way (due to running out of time). Fine, lets forgive that. This time, the delivery was attempted twice at 7:30am, despite the Standard Delivery time being listed as between 9am-5pm:
> Standard redeliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm. Please ensure that you or your authorised representative is available to sign for the redelivery on the day you have booked.
After trying to contact over the phone and being cut off, I sent an e-mail asking if they can deliver between 9-5. To which the response was "we can re-arrange a delivery or you can come pick it up". Obviously re-arranging the delivery isn't going to help if you can't actually delivery it when you say you will within a 9 hour time slot. I tried calling again and ended up speaking to someone who didn't have a clue and sounded like they would rather be anywhere else than at a DX office. Apparently he had to put a note on my order for it to be delivered between the times they themselves set? Who knows if I'll ever actually receive this.
