non-existent customer service
live chat is slow and took at least 1/2 hour for something that would a call take 2 minutes - and the issue is not resolved as there is no option for a timed delivery so one has to take the day off for it;
you end up stuck in a loop of re-booking a delivery and hoping that by chance the delivery will happen at the time when you'll be home, and never at the weekend!
appalling and will never ever use this again - at this rate, you will go out of business
