Was waiting for my daughters passport to be delivered, once I missed the delivery as I had to run out for 5 mins, my bad, had to reschedule it, so I did for the next saturday as I am working mon-fri and never at home. So I was sitting all saturday next to the window, even opened my main doors a bit to hear if somebodys in just in case, to receive a message just few minutes till 5 saying I missed the delivery and the calling card has been left, hence, NOBODY EVEN PASSED BY, NO CARD WAS LEFT. The courier obviously couldnt be bothered to finish his work and because its 5 decided I can rearange the delivery. Therefore, I lost my whole day, could’t do nothing at all as I was waiting for the passport, not even mentioning that I was about to get tickets for holidays, which, by the way, is getting more expensive as I have to wait for my daughters passport to purchase them. I am a single mother that works full time, I am not driving, and time is one of most important factors in my life, I am very disguisted with that kind of customer service. Literally 0 responsability. TOTALLY RUINED MY DAY AND MY PLANS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM.
