I have been waiting for my BRP which has been resent by the Home Office and apparently, they tried to make a delivery whilst I was out at the doctors. Had I not called I wouldn't be informed of this as they have left no card or anything. I requested for a redelivery and I waited the whole day, but no one came...but apparently they 'made an attempt to deliver' it which was a total lie as I have been sitting by the door and anyone could have seen me here. They are a very shitty company and very unreliable.
