The worst delivery service my company has come across.
Got informed of urgent delivery slot between 12-4pm to receive urgent documents from FCO and got an email at 1pm saying they couldn't get access to property even though I waited outside to ensure they made delivery. No one manning the "busy" call centre I've tried calling 20 times today and asked to email an urgent inbox for a response within 24hrs.
If I rebook I have no way of knowing if they're even attempting delivery to the right address. I'm not asking much to want to speak to a human.
